Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day or two.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (expedited, if available).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues or unforeseen events.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within USA . International shipping may be added in the future.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at altiarosecosmetics@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.
