Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of beauty and health products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. However, if your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Request a Return

Email us at altiarosecosmetics@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
